<p>1. Get outside your comfort zone on a daily basis</p>
<p>If you want to build self-confidence quickly, you have to put yourself in situations that make you uncomfortable as often as you can. As a matter of fact, you should do this every single day. Step outside your comfort zone on a daily basis. If something in the back of your head is telling you to back off, that&#8217;s when you&#8217;re really expanding your comfort zone (unless you&#8217;re doing something stupid that&#8217;s dangerous for your health!).</p>
<p>2. Improve your looks</p>
<p>People judge others by their looks. If you want to be perceived as a more self-confident person, you have to feel good about yourself and about your body. If you&#8217;re overweight or too skinny, start working out and improve your diet to become a muscular guy. Trust me, while most women don&#8217;t care if you&#8217;re muscular or not, it&#8217;ll tremendously increase your self-esteem. And that will make you look more confident.</p>
<p>3. Learn from others</p>
<p>One of the best ways to learn something new is to watch and imitate people who are good at what you want to learn. If you want to become a confident person, you should surround yourself with very confident people. Observe them and learn from them whenever you can. <p>If you want to tremendously speed up your progress and become a confident person very quickly, you have to carefully analyze your social circle. Do you have mostly positive and confident friends or negative and insecure buddies? If you spend the majority of your free time with negative people, then it really negatively affects your self-esteem. Spend time with positive people, not with energy vampires!</p>
<p>2. Work on your habits</p>
<p>Make a list of all your habits and sort them into two groups: habits that have a positive impact on your life and habits that have a negative impact on your life. Be honest with yourself. Smoking influences your life only in a negative way. Now that you know all your habits, try to eliminate bad habits (especially those that make you anti-social) and try to introduce new habits that will increase your self-esteem.</p>
<p>3. Fight with your fears daily</p>
<p>This is the most crucial thing that you&#8217;ll read in this article. The more often you face your fears (step outside your comfort zone), the sooner you&#8217;ll become a confident person. <p>If you were a confident person, how would you look? How would you act? How would you speak? How would you interact with people? Ask yourself these questions and try to imagine that you are this person. Repeat this exercise on a daily basis. It should help you get closer to your goal. You can also use this technique every time you feel insecure. Ask yourself: &#8220;If I were a highly confident person, would I act like this?&#8221;. It should help you regain confidence.</p>
<p>2. Use affirmations</p>
<p>Every single day repeat to yourself that you are a very confident guy. Many insecure people are constantly telling themselves that they&#8217;re shy. As a result, they are shy. It&#8217;s very simple &#8211; your thoughts create your world. Use positive affirmations to make your everyday life more positive.</p>
<p>3. Make yourself uncomfortable</p>
<p>You can choose comfort (and remain the same shy person) or you can choose discomfort (and growth). What&#8217;s your choice? Don&#8217;t be afraid to face your fears. If you keep avoiding situations that make you feel shy, you&#8217;ll never overcome your shyness! Deliberately put yourself in situations you&#8217;re afraid of &#8211; it&#8217;s a great habit that will greatly improve your self-confidence!</p>
<p>2. Get support from other people</p>
<p>If you want to be satisfied with your social relationships, you can&#8217;t spend your time with people who have a negative influence on your life. Meet with friends who make you feel good &#8211; make you laugh, relax and motivate you to become a better person.
