Ok so i dont have much self-esteem and i am kind of very sensitive. What are some ways,excercises,or just anything to get High or alright self-esteem???? I need Help!
increasing your self esteem is going to have to begin within. Although these things are helpful you cannot rely solely on exercises, books, and other tools to obtain a better perception of yourself. I would encourage you to participate in a young woman’s group, spend time with people/friends who are positive, get involved in activities that you are good at or that you could learn quickly, and learn to think positively about yourself. Do not dwell on your short comings or mishaps that may have involved you.
I had the same problem. I am very sensitive!
Take a mirror, write down the bad things/flaws about yourself,
and take an eraser and erase it all. Trust me, it makes you feel better
Remember, a pretty girl = confidence.

Practice doing good things for others, helping out or even volunteering. When you look in a mirror, stop, ask yourself "what am I thinking about me right now?" and if it’s negative, find the good things about you and repeat them. Do this every time you see your reflection.
Most of all, know inside that we’re ALL alike, and no one person is better than another. This includes you. Love yourself, and you’ll see new possibilities and be so much happier. Take up dance, drama or the arts

try and find something you love to do, and it’ll give you a wider range of mates, something in common to talk about and you may just find it helps you but also you LOVE it!

Take your best friend and ask her what her favorite quality about you is, and take turns. It can actually be kinda fun, and it reminds you that you are beautiful.
Go for a light run or just play around outside, that little excerice will make you feel better.
Just stare at yourself in the mirror and try as hard as you can to find everything about yourself beautiful.
Write down your problems. Jot down all your insecurities onto a little piece of paper and hide it somewhere. Maybe in a couple years you’ll find it again and laugh.
